Easy to book by phone with cheerful helpful staff. Clear signage, we were paying a surcharge for a public holiday. We used the QR code to order and pay. Food and drink were quick to be delivered, the lamb and veges were delicious. Recommended dishes : Crispy Pork Hock, Beef Burger Dietary restrictions: Yummy gluten-free desserts available. Items are marked as GF DF or V in the menu but you can send a note with your order regarding any dietary requests.

Great stop while travelling Whangarei to Auckland - Inviting cafē/restaurant in old railway station building, cute, clean & well decorated. Delicious food, lovely helpful, friendly staff & pot of tea - made with real tea leaves!! Recommend you stop here when in Te Kūiti. Cute town has all the shops & facilities you could possibly want. I'd give more stars if I could! My dad and I stopped in for a late lunch while heading back to New Plymouth. Oh my gosh, the food is delicious! We both had seafood chowder and shared the pork belly bites. We highly recommend both! A fantastic location ( I was really hoping to see a train, but no such luck this visit). What a gem of a place.
Such welcoming, lovely waitstaff, delicious food, and awesome atmosphere. The place was buzzy the evening we dropped in. They had several vegan options to choose from as well as other delicious-sounding dishes.
Dietary restrictions: Some delicious vegan options I had roast vege salad which was done with a tasty twist.
